Age limit: Maximum 30 years for RA, 25 years for DEO, Maximum 35 years for Field Supervisor and 30 years for community Health workers.

Educational qualification:

• Field Supervisor  - 12th from a recognized School board in any discipline.
• Research Assistant - First class M.Sc in life Science 
• Data Entry Operator (Grade B) - Intermediate or 12th pass in Science stream from recognized board with DOEACC "A" level from a recognized Institute. 
• Community Health Worker - High School or equivalent passed.
