Educational qualification: Solid State Physics Laboratory Looking candidates who have degree on PhD in Physics/ Material science/ M.E/M.Tech in any discipline of radio frequency, Microwave, Integrated circuits etc for S.N 01 and PG degree in electronics/ Physics or chemistry or Graduate (BE/B.Tech) with NET/ GATE qualification for S.N 02

Age limit as on 15-03-2016: 28 years for JRF and 35 years for RA

Salary details: Rs 16000 + HRA for JRF and Rs 24000 + HRA for RA
