CEC Recruitment 2017 - 08 Stenographer, LDC, Technician, Media Tape Librarian and Light Boy - Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC) New Delhi has recently released a recruitment notification to fill 08 Vacancies of Stenographer, Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Maintenance Engineer, Technician, Media Tape Librarian and Light Boy under University Grant Commission (UGC). Salary details: Pay scale Rs 15600 - 39100 + GP Rs 6600 for Maintenance Engineer, Rs 15600 - 39100 + AGP Rs 6000 for Media Tape Librarian, Pay scale Rs 5200 - 20200 + GP Rs 2400 for Technician, Stenographer, Grade Pay Rs 1900 for LDC and Light Boy. 

Age limit: Maximum 35 years for S.N 01, 02, 30 years for S.N 03, Rs 28 years for S.N 04, 27 years for LDC and Light Boy.

Educational Qualification:

• Maintenance Egineer - Second class Degree in Telecommunication/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering
• Media Tape Librarian - Master's degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation
• Technician - SSC (10th) with ITI or equivalent certificate in Video/ Audio/ Electronics/ Electrician Trade with 2 years experience in relevant field.
• Stenographer - Bachelor degree from a recognised University with 80 WPM shorthand and 40 WPM typing speed and 3 years experience
• LDC - 12th pass or its equivalent with 30 WPM typing speed in English and 25 WPM in Hindi
• Light Boy - 12th pass with General Physical fitness for Carrying Equipment and Studio & Outdoor lighting and handling of lights cable/ reflectors.
