- Assistant Manager/Manager/ Management Trainee: PG degree in Business Administration or Business Management/ Fist class Master's degree in Economics with knowledge of foreign language for Resource Centre and Marketing division.
- Manager/Management Trainee/ Assistant Manager: MBA in Personnel management or equivalent working knowledge of computer including word processing with CS/LLB.
- Manager/ Management Trainee Assistant Manager: Master's degree in computer science/ Applications or Fist class degree in statistics/ Math/ Physics with one year post graduate qualification in computer or B.E/B.Tech in computer
- Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Management Trainee: CA/ICAWA/MBA in finance for Finance and Accountants
Support Staff
- Stenographer: Bachelor with 40 WPM typing speed with shorthand of 100 WPM with computer knowledge
- Junior Assistant: Bachelor with typing speed of 40 WPM and computer knowledge
- DEO: Graduate with 8000 Key depression per hour typing speed.
