- Foreman (Mining) Gr-VII: Diploma in Mining Engineering.
- Foreman (Electrical) Gr-VII: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with Certificate Electrical Supervisor duly approved by Director General of Mines Safety Electrical Section.
- Blaster Gr-C: SSLC and should possess valid Statutory certificate for Blasters.
- Khalasi Gr-C: Vth Standered calss posse’s certificate.
- Shift In-charge (Trainee): BSC Chemistry/ Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Burner Trainee: BSC in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical engineering from a recognized university or institution.
- Mazdoor Fe-E: VIIIth Standard Pass.
